'Who in Lord's name does Putin think gives him the right?' says Joe Biden

US President Joe Biden accused Russia to start the war that will soon occur when Russian forces are deployed in two separatist regions in East Ukraine.

In an address on Tuesday, Biden said, “Who in the name of the Lord he thinks of Putin gave him the right to declare new countries called in the neighboring region.”

Biden said that Moving Russia to East Ukraine amounted to “initial invasion”.

“Russia has just announced that it carves a large piece of Ukraine … this is the beginning of the Russian invasion,” Joe Biden said.

At Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed about Ukraine, said Biden, “none of us will be fooled.”

Furthermore, Biden announced sanctions that would effectively extinguish Russia from Western financing and warned that sanctions that were more “severe” than those applied in 2014 will be announced soon.

On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree stating the independence of two separatist Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Putin also signed a assistance agreement that allowed Moscow to move his troops in the separating area as the size of the “peacekeeper”.
