Arrangement Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Khan Suri and the next dissolution of the National Majed, the Pakistani Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the resurrection of the movement not confident of the Prime Minister who was fought by Imran Khan.
Imran Khan will now face movement without trust on Saturday (April 9).
Giving his sentence, the Pakistani APEX court said the Prime Minister was bound by the Constitution and therefore, he could not advise the President to dissolve the Assembly, Geo News Pakistan reported.
Furthermore, playing with the decision of President Arif Alvi to dissolve the National Assembly as “illegal”, the verdict was passed by the five judges who unanimously voted, Pakistan Dawn’s newspaper reported.
Previously during the day, the Chairman of the Pakistani Judge (CJP) Umar Ata, hearing the petition about whether Imran Khan and his allies had legal rights to dissolve the parliament, have said that Suri to dismiss the non-confidence movement towards the former Prime Minister, “wrong” .
The chairman of the Justice Bandial further notes that the steps to dismiss the movement without trust in Khan through a controversial decision are, Prima Facie, violations of Article 95 of the Constitution.
The statement came as a five-member bench, led by the chairman of the bandy judge, took the case around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
