Tata consulting services (TCS) will socialize and open a digital workplace for Swiss reinsurance companies back. This has expanded 18-year strategic partnerships with companies.
As part of this initiative, TCS will help Switzerland again develop a Cloud-based digital workplace in the future using Microsoft technology and manage the underlying operations, TCS said in a statement.
The company will work together to provide a user experience driven by insight for more than 18,000 end users.
This includes the Lean process in all end-to-end workplace support functions through automation, and implements DEVOPS best practices. TCS will also create self-heal and self-help operations to automate the standard process, the company said.
Furthermore, this agreement will also enable the acceleration of innovation pipes in the organization, especially in the field of deep experience and AI with Edge technology support on the market.
