The Electric Hero on Wednesday reported a double leap in retail sales of celebration seasons at 24,000 units for 1 October to 15 November 2021. The company has recorded 11,339 units in the same period last year, the company said in a statement.
Recent changes in fame II policy (adoption and manufacture of faster electric vehicles in India), which offers an increase in advance incentives for two-wheeled vehicles and the increase in fuel prices has driven demand for electrical vehicles which result in high demand, the company said in A statement.
Commenting on sales performance, Electric CEO Sohinder Gill Heroes said, “We see two clear indicators in our showroom this celebration season. The percentage of customers chooses the hero e on gasoline bikes and many influential environments in their purchase.”
This is a good indicator for heroes and the E2W industry to step into exponential growth and bring the EV revolution that will help reduce air pollution, he added.
